Frequently asked questions
Do you work with city governments and public agencies?
Yes. We regularly partner with city halls, parks & recreation departments, schools, libraries and nonprofit organizations. We provide formal quotes, invoices and certificates of insurance as required.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance (COI)?
Yes. We can issue a COI naming your city or organization as additionally insured. Just send us your requirements along with your booking request and we handle the paperwork.
What does setup include?
Delivery, professional setup, trained operators and attendants during the event, and full teardown. You provide the space and power access — we can bring generators when needed.
How far in advance should our city book?
For festivals and large public events we recommend 4 to 8 weeks ahead; for smaller community events, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough. Summer and December dates fill up fast.
